At our Center, we treat addiction as a disease, not as a morally flawed individual behavior. Our approach is human-centered and aims to treat the individual as a whole, with respect and understanding for their unique needs.
Addiction is a complex condition that affects not only the individual but also their environment, and it is our priority to provide support to the rest of the family members as well.
We offer psychotherapy on both group and individual levels, as well as motivation enhancement therapy, with a strong focus on relapse prevention by teaching techniques to block or manage its occurrence. We provide an intensive 24-hour care program, with group therapy as its core.
Clients learn together to recognize their addiction, seek help, and adopt healthy communication methods. In parallel, we offer counseling and psychoeducation for parents and caregivers.
We know that addiction does not only affect the individual, but also their environment. For this reason, we place great emphasis on supporting and empowering family members, helping them better understand the situation and become part of the solution.
Family Therapy
We provide psychological support to the family members of the individual receiving treatment. Family participation plays a crucial role in the success of the treatment outcome and offers a safe space where they can express their feelings regarding the addiction of their loved one.
A key component of family therapy in a detoxification program is the individual change of family members, aiming at improving overall family relationships and communication.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Through CBT, we help individuals in treatment recognize, avoid, and manage situations where they may lose control and use drugs or alcohol. CBT is one of the most successful therapies for addiction treatment, as it focuses on teaching practical techniques that strengthen resilience and self-esteem.
Counseling
Daily counseling is provided by our therapists alongside group psychotherapy, fostering a therapeutic relationship based on unconditional acceptance and empathy.
In cases where necessary, psychiatric monitoring is also provided as a complementary service.
